In this info age,to know is to win;but sharing code with others is a great way to achieve new heights in programming.With many thousands of people downloading your code you will not only get a lot of positive feedback, but also bug fixes, free testing, and more often than not, suggestions on how to make the code even better. It also encourages others to share their code, which in turn gives you access to an even larger base of free source code.If you post to Code101 you retain copyright of your article and code. You also give Code101 permission to use it in a fair manner and also permit all developers to freely use the code in their own applications.
Types of content you can submit.
Article   : Contextualizes the problems-How to solve relistic problems?
Tutorial : Lengthy explanation of the concept.

  • Author Info:
    -Author Name(First ,Middle ,Last name)
    -Brief Summary of the authors experience and expertise.
    -Photo(code101 will resize to fit to the our site requirements)
    -E-mail id
    -Home page links

  • Title :Ask yourself "Would this title catch my eye?". See that title is appropriate and catchy.

  • Summary : Three sentences that summarize your content. Persuade the reader to click through for more information.

  • Introduction : Write a brief description of your code, including what it is, what it does, and how to use it in your projects

  • Explanation :Explain any tricky problems that you solved while developing the code. It makes great reading and helps others solve similar problems.

  • Screen Shots :Include a small screen shot only GIF/JPEG formats

  • Code : Comment your code and see the your code works.

  • Summary : Brief summary of your code at the end of the content.

  • File Formats :
    -You can send you content in HTML /Text/MSword format
    -Images should only in GIF/JPEG.
    -Source code as a zip file.
